As per AICTE norms, BE/BTech courses can't be done through distance education,
Although considering your graduation, you can proceed for an MBA degree which will give you a more detailed knowledge and skill sets on management.

PGDM is a diploma in business studies whereas MS is a degree in engineering and stands for Masters in science. MS is normally a M.Tech degree earned outside of India whereas PGDM is a Masters degree commonly known as MBA. Both are of 2 years duration however, they are both entirely different fields of study and have different career prospects. PGDM will be subjects studied in the commerce field whereas MS consists of subjects studied in the Science stream.
