I guess you mean Civil Engineering Colleges, if yes then there are many in Mumbai like SP college, Andheri, Sabu Siddiqui Byculla, MGM, Datta Meghe and Saravaswati in Navi Mumbai etc.

The GAP concept has been promoted by the coaching institutes. 90% of the cases Gap doesn't give the output it only gives the frustration. Entrance Examinations preparations can be done simultaneously. All the entrance examinations based upon the fundamental concepts only. If ur concepts are clear u can clear any examinations.
