Studying in top ten B-Schools in India is preferred than going to abroad unless you get into Harvard & such places. Plus consider the cost.
If you do not wish to return to India after studies, go abroad otherwise, a foreign degree in mangt is not of great value in India. We see many foreign companies coming to IIMs to recruit.

hi Beulah, to study at a University in Nz for MBA you need to have 3 yrs work ex at a managerial or supervisory position. If you have studied through correspondence and worked during it then the experience may not be considered as the Universities look for post bachelors work experience.
If you do not have property how will you take loan? To take loan you need to pledge something to the bank sot hat they have assurance that you will return the same. If not property then you can take loan on gold or Fixed deposits.
