Although, it would be difficult to predict anything for the next year, but according to the last years rankings you would fall somewhere in the bracket of 3000 to 3500 rank. With this rank which Institutes or branches you will be able to get is really difficult to comment on, as it is not a very high rank, so I would suggest you to prepare well and try to score as high as possible.

Hi Rohini, having a GRE score will enhance your chances of getting admission. Not all Universities may ask for it but the best/good ones definitely will. And yes it is mandatory to appear for English language exam IELTS or TOEFL.

Hi Rohini, you should have completed Bachelors with good grades. You should appear for GRE and IELTS or TOEFL. Also, check individual university's requirement in terms of documentation.
The admission process takes about 9 months. So it is advisable that you begin the process when you are in final semester of UG. The classes begin in September/October and MArch/April every year. To get into a good University you will also need to appear for GRE and TOEFL or IELTS. To get a good score for GRE you can go for coaching and do some self coaching from now on. Hi Vibhuti, as you have completed Diploma, you can apply for the bachelors course in the same or subjects similar to what you have studied in diploma. If you want to go in November, then you should first check if the course that you are interested in is being offered in that intake or not. November is not a full fledged intake. Also, you should check with the entry requirements whether you meet those or not. You will also need to appear for IELTS and score at least 6.0.
