You may not find large number of Hotel Management Institutes in Munnar but two of the Institutes which you may consider are: Munnar Catering College & Eastend Hospitality. However, few of the hospitality Institutes in Kerala are:

I would suggest you to consult few of the good Coaching Institutes like Rau's Study circle etc. to get the most updated model papers and I would also suggest you that as IAS is really a tough nut to crack it would be better if you opt to join one of the good Coaching institutes.
However, as shiksha is an education portal which gives guidance to the students to choose their education and career options you would not find study material out here, but there is lot of free down-loadable material available on various popular public portals like Google.

Although, Sha-Shib Academy is a decent Academy providing DGCA & AICTE approved courses but whether or not you can take admission in this academy would depend on your own Educational background and the course you choose.
