I scored only 47% in my 12th examination. Can I join information technology in Lovely Professional University? I am from Nepal.

You do not fulfill the minimal eligibility criteria for admission to the Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Information Technology program at Lovely Professional University (LPU) with a 47% aggregate score in your 12th test.

For Admission to B.Tech programs at LPU requires a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, and and English as compulsory subjects. and Eligibility for B.Sc IT is a pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent. Hi Akshita, the colleges you can get entirely depends on the cut off and the participating universities. Once the cut off is released and your score is within the cut off you'll be called for counselling. Upon counselling, you'll be allotted one of the participating colleges. Please check on college web site if you can still apply for admission to this course from Centurion University of Technology and Management (Website:-http://www.cutm.ac.in). Admission will be done on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2. Interested candidates can apply online/offline with the required information.
Basic eligibility to apply for this course is that candidate should have cleared class 12 exams with Mandatory Subject : Mathematics. Regards.

Because you have not obtained the minimum qualifying marks so, the admission in M.Tech is not possible. It would be better to reappear in GATE exam with preparation or you can give private university's entrance exams like VITMEE, LPU NEST, SRMJEEE (PG) and CUSAT, etc. for M.Tech programmes.
