You have to appear for an entrance exam. International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) conducts an Electronic Common Hotel Admission Test (eCHAT) to offer admission to candidates in hotel management programmes on offer by the institute. This entrance test is also known by the name of Combined Hospitality Aptitude Test. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion based on the score obtained in IIHM eCHAT Entrance Examination. Please refer the link below for more information:

All three universities LPU, Banasthali and SASTRA are fine in their own way, but if you pay more emphasis on placements, I will recommend LPU as the better option.
