Hi,
I assume you've already completed your BCA and want to MBA. So in that case, MBA in IT/systems is what you should ideally pursue. After finishing MBA, you will possess both technical & managerial knowledge, which will always be beneficial for you as well as the companies who would look to hire candidates like you. There are a lot of job opportunities in reputed companies like Infosys, HCL, Dell, Wipro, etc.
But it would be better if you pursue MBA in IT/systems from well-known B-Schools like IIMs, FMS, S.P Jain, MDI, etc. as they have good market value as well as excellent campus placement facilities. All the best.

Hello Likhitha,
The exit rules for different colleges are different. You need to ask your college and your university regarding the exit rules considering your medical situation. Also, you can conduct the boards where you appeared for your 10th, 12th examinations regarding procedure for obtaining duplicate marks card in case your college or university refuses to return them. Most colleges ask to pay the complete fees for the entire course to get the documents back. Do, kindly contact your college.
I hope this answers your question. If you have any further questions, kindly revert.
