These seats will get filled up by students of rank say 4000s at max. But, u have a chance of getting admitted into the other reputed colleges like IT-BHU, ISM-Dhanbad and your scope is to choose between mineral, mining and metallurgical engineering. neways u might have a small chance of getting admitteted into IIT Roorkee and Kharagpur but in design and architectural courses and moreover again there is no scope in science courses as well. Hi Urmi,
Although, Nagpur University is a decent University but as Pune & Mumbai Universities are National level Universities and are located in Metropolitan and near by area, they have a better standing in the job market and due to their location have better opportunities. However, an Individuals career growth largely depends on how one performs on the programme and how he/she uses the knowledge earned at the time of job interviews and later in his/her career.
So, I would suggest that if you get admission in Mumbai or Pune go ahead if not then go for Nagpur University.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries In

I would like to add here that to have more indepth information you should visit both the institutions and try and talk to the current batch students and faculty members also try and get few of t
