for PhD I would like to confirm that you are interested in Canada for that. Well in Canada it is very tough to do PhD as iot will require a work exp of at least 6-7 yrs in your related field after completing your masters. then you will be required to submit a research proposal. This you have to send to the respective university along with your other academic documents.
The intake really depends.well for almost all the universities the intake is September each year. For the notification you can look on the website of different universities. To make it easy if you can let me know which subject you wish to take up for your PhD will make

Although, your qualification is good enough to have a successful career but if you want to enhance your career growth you can go for certification like SAP or can go for Six Sigma programmes. PhD in Management could be another option.
