Hi,
No, there are no institutes that would offer PHD in physics without the GRE. Apart from that, i would also like to inform you that the subject GRE is preferred for PHD in physics. Incase you have taken the subject GRE, you have taken the right test.
Are you willing to apply for a PHD directly after Bsc or are you thinking about pursuing masters first?

Hi Swati,
As you have a keen interest in Interior designing I would suggest you to try and convince your parent about it. One good option would be Graduation in ID i.e. B. Sc programme in Interior Designing which will satisfy both your's and your mother's wishes. the institutes which you may check with are NID, Pearl Academy, JD Institute etc. However, there are not many Institutes providing a Bachelors degree in Interior Designing so, you have to keep both the options open.

Yes, it is better to start utilizing your time in coaching for civil services. But exert yourself also, by going through various current affairs magazines and periodicals, and analytical articles. Also, mere reading will not do. Try to face interview boards, where you are forced to answer to new situations, or where you are cornered.Recognize and make friends with those classmates who are not the bookish types, but rather active-minded-who excel equally in studies, in sports, are well aware of the latest movies, about sports, are active participants in dramatics, public forums, debates etc. They are the ones whom you can follow.
