The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your career field is your own interests and career aspirations. After BCA if you want to get into technology driven field go for MCA and if Management and team leading is your forte go for MBA. If you go for MCA you can also plan to do some certification programmes depending on your interests like CCNA, MCSE etc.
Few of the good MCA Institutes are: Delhi University, JNTU, BITS, BHU, Pune University, IIT Roorkee, JNU, and Mumbai University etc.
For more information on MCA colleges please refer to the link below:

As you are already there you would better know the conditions. If do not apply for PSW before March 2012, you don't get any stay back. And to apply for PSW you should have completed your course.
Hence, the way out is to find a job for yourself before you complete your course.

BOth the pg degrees MBA n M.TECH are of greater importance in today's world but in certain diff aspects.as one deals with totally management side and another with in depth technical study.
There are a lot of job opportunities in both the cases.
If u r good at studies n want to be in same field that is engineering then u shou;d opt for mtech.
But if u posses good communication skill, better managerial abilities and a personal interest towards business side then u should definately go for MBA.
It all depends on ur personal interest.
Hope ur query has been solved
