You have to take 2 tests i.e. SAT and TOEFL. Since admission at this university is very tough and competitive, you would need to score atleast 2000 in the SAT and atleast 100 in the TOEFL.

However, apart from the degree requirements, generally for such kind of jobs the preference is always given to the individuals who either have a degree from foreign University or have a teaching experience in Foreign Universities.

Although, getting a job after three years of gap would not be very easy but yes, it would largely depend on your own capabilities, negotiation & soft skills like communication & networking skills. Apart from this another important thing which will help you in getting a good job placement is your hold on the stream or area in which you are looking for a job.
