Regarding placement, I would give a below average rating since only a handful IT companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, ITC Infotech comes to recruit only a handful students for actual engineering services. A HANDFUL (and that number usually don't cross 2 digits). Once they're done, the BPOs come and provide a very scanty package. Overall placement is done in pool recruitment for JIS group, so the competition is extremely fierce. TCS actually sets up a VERY HIGH cut-off in the aptitude round, and only a handful gets selected. No, you can't. For admission into MBBS or BDS courses anywhere in India, you have to appear NEET. There's no other gateway for admission into these courses. So, for admission into MBBS in BHU, you have to appear NEET.

Yes, there is plenty of scope after MA in literature. You can then seek job in college or school as teacher in that language. There are plenty of opportunities for work of translation. Many more.

There are no entrance exams for admission into B.Sc programmes and it is based on your 12th marks. The eligibility details are given below:

Yes best of four is counted including one language, for Honours degree. You have to include either Hindi or English along with your best three subjects and the Honours degree subject should be one of them.
