Orenburg university does offer English Medium though there are many other universities which have more experience in teaching international students in English.
You need to be aware that in Russia you will be taught Russian language along with your medical curriculum in English. It is mandatory.

To get admission into a good MBA college, you need to appear for the various entrance exams like CAT, XAT, etc. And to score well in such exams, you need to work really hard mainly on four things: English(more on this as you belong to Gujarati medium), Maths, Logical Reasoning and Current Affairs-GK. Hard work done smartly will ensure you scoring well in the exams. Don't worry it's not impossible, but you need to prepare really well.

The selection of university will also depend on your affordable budget.

Going for Bifocal would enable you to get to know the basics of physics and chemistry involved in our day to day life. A pilot needs to understand computer science, physics and chemistry well to be efficient in his or her work .I would say bifocal is a better choice.

After your 10, if you had written polytechnic and done your diploma then you can give your ECET exam which will directly take you to 2 year B.Tech at engineering colleges else you cannot go directly to engineering 2 year hope this cleared up.

I think you cannot get a seat at SASTRA University as you rank is not enough to have a seat. The 2nd round of counselling will be held after June 22. It also depends on the seats available. You can check the availability of seats on June 21 and 22nd from www.sastra.edu which will be updated later.

Though I am a regular reader on Quora, this is the first question I am answering.
If you are a general category, you need to score 90 percentile to be on safer side. Though, I know few of my batch mates belonging to general category between 85 and 90, but the number is not high, and you don't know, when the game can change.
