In my humble opinion, you should now take up a job in your respective field and pursue a course in journalism(Or sports journalism).
Remember that quote "Never test the depth of water with both feet."?
Create a safe base for yourself in your existing field , I've seen a lot of my Mass media friends sitting jobless after graduation for months in search of better opportunities and finally are forced to take up the ones that are available. Competition is cut throat if you are aiming to become a journalist for a top Sports Magazine or organization. The top college graduates in DU and MU won't let those opportunities go easily.
1. Get into a job in your field and study the field of journalism(it is sports journalism in your case) closely and try meeting a lot of professionals in the mean time. You can make use of Social Media and Youtube too. Start your own private blog and compare that to the articles that are daily written in the esteemed sports magazines.
2. The next stage involves researching about courses that can make a you a better candidate/competitor and you can pick the one in the end that suits you.
3. You'll now have to search for a platform where you can show your talent, skills and expertise to the recruiting Organizations/Individuals.
4. Now, let us make an assumption that you've completed the above three stages and have got a few opportunities. You'll have to make a choice where you can work for a lot of hours with passion, zeal, energy and enthusiasm. Growth is the main thing that has to be looked here and it is the most differentiating parameter among others. Choose an organization where you can grow and if possible where you are willing to stay for the next 5-7 years. You cannot simply hop here like the way you do in Software/IT as the opportunities are comparatively less.

After passing 12th you cannot be a Stock Broker as it requires minimum qualification as graduation but you can be Sub Broker (person who is not a member of stock exchange but works on behalf of stock broker as an agent)
To be a stock broker, you need to take into consideration the following points :
• Register with the stock exchange(s) depending upon their dealings in the securities listed at various stock exchanges
• To become a member, you need to clear a written entrance test and then undergo training, which includes subjects like accountancy, capital markets, and portfolio analysis and so on
• On the application and consequent attainment of the membership, a certain amount has to be deposited with the stock exchange as security. Membership is given after scrutiny to ensure that the person concerned possesses the infrastructure (computer, internet connection, etc.) to be able to operate as a broker.
• One has to take NSE's certification in Financial Markets and BSE certification on derivatives exchange.
