Notwithstanding the Excellence of the Institute interms of Curriculum, Course Content, faculty and Infrastructure, The legal validity and Recognition of the Degrees awarded by IIPM are challenged numerous times in India and Everywhere. The opinion on this may differ from person to person, according to me if you want to do MBA through Anna University then you should choose the study centre of Anna University itself as that would be there main centre & you will get the best resources there.

Though both the options you have mentioned herein are good ones, but MTech in ECE(Microwaves) from Burdwan University is slightly better choice because of better infrastructure and quality of teaching resources.

Though a lot depends on your interest as going by market trends at present both are in demand but in architecture course you have to study one extra year, so take that factor into consideration too.
Also if you can let us know the details of the colleges where you are getting these streams, then I will be able to advise you better because college profiles matter too when it comes to placements in good companies, teaching and infrastructure, etc.
And to say about payments in longer term computer science is slightly better tin terms of no. of opportunities that you will have in future.

Well i would suggest you to kindly check the recognition of this university from the ukraine embassy and the degree is valid or not then only take the admission. However you have options in countries like UK, Germany, USA , Canada etc.
