It will totally depend on the kind of universities your pursue your masters from. Top MNC's usually prefer graduates from universities which are ranked in the top 100 universities for that course. Having CPA exams under your belt is definitely an add on in your profile. Provided you make it to the top universities in the US for Taxation, getting hired by TOP MNC's in India or all over the world would not be a problem for you.
Also, if you want flexibility in your degree and career, you can probably look for an MBA with taxation as your specialization.
