I would recommend that as you study for your 10+2, you start practicing sketching to begin with. Try to observe things closely and sketch them. You can also buy good sketch books from the market for sketching including shading, shadows, and human figures. However, soon you may have to upgrade to more serious books like "The Animator's Survival Kit" by Richards William. You could also study composition by reading "Composing Pictures" by Don Graham. Later on you may take up a Degree (multimedia and animation). Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in animation design, game design, graphics, storyboarding, 3d modelling, texturing and lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation. However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this. Nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose. Generally, transfer is possible within the university from one college to another. Keeping your concern in mind I would suggest you to contact the officials of both the colleges for specific and updated knowledge regarding the transfer norms as transfer procedure and criteria differs from college to college.
2)
As for lateral entry, you may join the course after diploma in engineering in which you can directly enter into the second year.

You have not mentioned your academic details.
1. If you wish to be a teacher in school, then go for B.ED and crack Teacher Eligibility Test. Eligibility conditions are:
(a) Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+3 or 11+2+2 pattern, or with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+2 or 11+3 pattern
(b) Having studied at least two subjects at the bachelor's degree level, to be later taken as school teaching subjects
2. Else if you aim at being a lecturer, then I would advice you to go for a regular masters degree in a relevant discipline and clear U.G.C NET conducted mainly to recruit research assistants and professors in various streams of education.
Qualifying Examination:
The candidates those who have completed their post graduation in related subjects can appear for the exam. Those who have acquired post graduation from any recognized university are eligible for applying UGC-NET exam. The candidate must have a minimum of 55%.

To become an automotive engineer :
- You need to pursue Engineering degree / Diploma first with a strong base in Science and Mathematics.
- After graduation you can go for M.E./M.Tech in Automobile engineering.

To become an astronaut -
-You need to pass Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in engineering, biological science, physical science or mathematics.
-You should be a citizen of India.
-You should be at least 21 years of age by the time you join. Age relaxation is there for SC/ST candidates.
-At least 1,000 hours pilot-in-command time in jet aircraft. Flight test experience is highly desirable.
After graduation you can appear for the entrance exam which is held by NASA for the recruitment of scientists, astronauts etc.
