As you are interested in studying Aerospace, I would say Germany would be the right option for you as the country is known for its technical advancements especially automobile and mechanical.
Also education in Germany is govt. funded and there is a possibility that might have to give a minimum fee ranging from Euro 140-500.
Living expenses about 740 euros per month. However it may vary from city to city and your accommodation.
