I agree educational qualification plays an important role. But there are some other parameters also that define your candidature for jobs in companies such as soft skills, confidence, team spirit, etc.
Would advice you to keep applying and sit for interviews even if the company is not big. You have to start from somewhere so why not small.
Also work on traits like confidence, communication, personality development, current affairs, time management as these are very important to strive out in any organization with flying colors.

Initially I would suggest that you do MCA. Once this is done then opt for specialized courses of your choice to have more options in your career.
