Dear Issac, Yes you can practice in India with the degree completed from Colombo University. There won't be any restriction only thing you have to do is that you have to register at the concerning Municipal Corporation of that area. As far as USA is concerned, NO, you have to register at the Acupuncture Council there that is quite tough to get registration on your current degree.
