Frankly speaking the percentages of 9th & 10th standard do not form the criteria for admission to any coaching institute. Yes, the higher percentages in IX & Xth are surely an indication that you have absorbed the sbject knowledge well. And that only should be your aim at the school level. Make your concepts & fundamentals clear & strong. Success in academics will follow you then.

Generally, transfer is possible within the university from one college to another. Basically u don't have to do any course to become cabin crew or flight steward.
All airlines provide their training after joining.
you just need to have Height, weight as per height, good communication skills, personality and you should be 10+2.
Few international airlines ask for graduation.
If you are confident about your comm skills and personality than you can appear for the interview.
But, one thing you should keep in mind that you should not be over confident.
