After B.Tech in electronics and communication engineering, you have two fields :
1) Core field
2) Software field
If you are opting for core jobs, you may take some courses related to your branch :
-Power systems
-Latest applications of Solar panels
-Embedded systems
-VLSI
-You can also opt for Mechanical branches such as Robotics and Humanoids and other mechanical applications.
For software jobs you can learn programming language.
Please remember that you should pursue a stream based on :
- What type of job interests you ?
- In which field you wish to build your career ?
- Which one is better on the basis of your career goal ?

However, you must first check if you're suited for Animation. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in animation design, game design, graphics, storyboarding, 3d modelling, texturing and lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation.
