NET is an entrance conducted by the UGC and is undertaken by those who are keen to pursue a career in lectureship. The exam consists of three sections:
Optional paper (Your choice of subject)
Descriptive paper (Your choice of subject) and
General knowledge and current affairs.
The notification for the exam is published in the newspapers and based on which one can apply for the same.
As such there is no set pattern to prepare but then depending on the subject you opt to write the exam, I would advise you to gather proper material and try to cover entire syllabus along with maintaining skills like time management and accuracy.

if you are looking for a full time MBA programme through a good management institute. You need to appear for Entrance Examination like CAT, MAT etc. and for most of the good B-School Entrance Examinations you need to have 50% and above aggregate marks from a recognized University, so it would be difficult to get a good B-School with this percentage through CAT.

Although SAP is greatly in demand programme but the module you choose would largely depend on your education background, interests and career aspiration. SAP is majorly divided into two areas Functional & Technical, now as you are from science background you can opt for both the kind of modules, if you have technical bent of mind and your interest lies in technology related programmes you can go for ABAP and if you want to go for front end SAP Services opt for SAP FA module.

Prescribed Application Form along with the Information Bulletin can be obtained from the office of the Institute by sending a D/D for Rs. 1000/- favouring the Institute of Business Management & Technology payable at Bangalore.
