What do you mean by is it necessary to do it? By this statement, are you relating to GRE and TOEFL. If yes, then it is very much necessary to give GRE and TOEFL. Some universities require high GRE scores as the competition in such universities is very tight. Therefore, it is recommended that you target a score above 1400 in the same.
Since you are in your third year or 6th Semester, you have enough time to start preparing for the 2 tests. As of now, try keeping your main focus on your percentage and keep it as high as possible. You first need to decide which field you plan to make your career in.IF its something thats rekated to science you should take science for your ISC and if its relatd to busineess then take commerce.Both the streams will give you ample subjects and choices to choose from for a degree from abroad.
