It would be very difficult to get admission to an MBA degree with a certificate programme that you have done, even if you plan to do it through correspondence almost all the Distance learning institutes require atleast a diploma if not graduation. So, I would suggest you to complete your graduation through correspondence and then plan for your MBA.
