MS Regulatory affairs.

It would be very difficult to get admission to an MBA degree with a certificate programme that you have done, even if you plan to do it through correspondence almost all the Distance learning institutes require atleast a diploma if not graduation. So, I would suggest you to complete your graduation through correspondence and then plan for your MBA.

If you want to become a lecturer in University you can go for NET Examination as you have a Masters degree provided you have scored 55% in your Masters degree and it is a UGC recognized University. PhD is also a good option, as far as private Institutes are concerned. There are several Universities giving PhD programmes in India, few of the popular ones are:

There are hardly any Universities which will give you Mechanical engineering programmes through Correspondence, few of which you may try are IGNOU, JNTU, and Acharya Nagarjuna University. You can also appear for AMIE Examination which at many places treated equivalent to a degree programme.
