Hi Panchal, as far as my knowledge goes there are no Universities in Germany offering a course in Biomedical Engineering. But there are lots of universities offering courses in molecular biotechnology, biotechnology, molecular biomedicine and such. Let me know if you are interested in any of these. The cost of studying in gErmany is almost nil as the education is free. But there are some universities that charge a nominal fee of Euro 500. You will also incur living expenses of Euro 740 per month. To apply for admission you need to appear for IELTS/TOEFl and appear for GRE as well(for some univs). SEnd these score sheets along with you

I regret to inform you that you are not eligible to pursue a masters degree from more than 90% of the universities in US due to the reason that the UG degree requirement is a 4 years degree or equivalent whereas your degree is a 3 year degree. You can either pursue a PG diploma in management of 1 year duration and then apply for a masters program in US, or change your location preference and look for a university in UK.
