Since you have set backs in 2 years, you really need to work very hard to get placed in any company because company generally don't prefer those who have a backlog of more than 1 year but in my opinion if possible, get yourself determined for preparation of GATE.

Verbal Aptitude (Critical Reasoning, Grammar, Vocab)
You need to prepare for all of them and if you are targeting 100 percentile, or for that matter anything above 95 percentile in section 2, you will need to be really good in two of the above three areas and above average in the third one. Yes, it's a fact of life that not all have resources. But have faith in yourself & determination. What is actually required us perseverance and sincere efforts at studies. There are many students who do not join any class but pass & there are plenty of students who take coaching classes but still do not pass. Study regularly seek guidance from your teachers and I am sure you will pass.

I am not sure if you will find too many options as normally the first year fee is only around Rs. 15 Lakhs a year and higher. Check Memorial University of Newfoundland. Check this list if you can find universities in your budget:
