Hi,
1. If you aim at being a programmer, go for the job as a Programmer Analyst and if your true interest lies in serving Infrastructure Services, then pick the latter.
Take a decision keeping in mind your personality, aptitude, ability, strengths and career goals.
2. MBA can be taken up after graduation from any discipline. And work experience can definitely be an added advantage for you. I would suggest you for E-MBA that will help you obtain a challenging profession which would provide you with adequate career growth and good compensations packages.

Hi Masood,
No course is easy or hard if one has interest in that subject, if you do not have interest then easiest subject can become a big burden on your shoulder.
You must always opt for a course/stream which matches your interest, attributes, long term career goal as such points will help you to perform well and achieve your goal.
