As to get employed as a Company Secretary, aspirants will need to clear the following:
Executive Program
Foundation Program
Professional Program
The minimum educational qualification to apply for a company secretary course is 10+2. The minimum age must be 17 years. Apart from this, applicants will also need to have good language skills as well as the ability to examine complex as well as technological issues, understand problems and make judgment with tact.
You can purchase the admission forms from the institution or get it by post. Forms can also be got from the Central Bank of India. The price of the admission form is Rs.1000/-. The CS examinations are usually carried out in the months of June and December annually.

Dear student, It is really difficult to discuss networking in short. However as you asked , I'm trying: computer networking is meant for data communication from one node to another desired node.When the nodes are inter connected based on n/w components hub/switch then they may be termed as LAN connectivity and the ip's provided against each node from the same ip pool. However any of the nodes if requires internet connection for a particular purpose must be connected through router which in turns takes the support sp's transmission media through modem and provider's router to be connected with the internet cloud. For the WAN connectivity the same process is followed where in lieu of connecting to internet cloud it is allowed to use providers WAN network cloud to be connected with distant end of the same customer using tunneling protocol. This is too brief and may require modification. For a clear idea you may need to go through right from OSI layered architecture, TCP/IP protocol , Ethernet and computer n/w and data communication as a hole which is interesting and professionally attractive also. To build a career in automobile engineering :
1) You need to pursue Engineering degree/Diploma first with a strong base in Science and Mathematics.
2) After graduation you can go for M.E./M.Tech in Automobile engineering.
