Germany is a country known for its technical advancements and specially automobile and mechanical.
In order to get admission you need to give GRE, IELTS/TOEFL or any other exam as per the university requirement.
It will be difficult to give you the exact GRE score required, as requirement of score depends from course to course. Though GRE average 1200-1300 and TOEFL 85-90+ is usually preferred.

Yes, you may surely pursue MBA after completing your BA, in order to pursue MBA from AICTE approved institutes and recognized universities you need to have Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University, plus you need to take various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT,XAT etc.
The duration of MBA program is 2 years, every institute has its own fee structure, in order to know the exact fee structure it would be always advisable to browse through the official website of the institute where you wish to take admission.
Overall, it may cost you around Rs 2 lacs to Rs 5 lacs and more to pursue MBA.

Your age is a problem for achieving your goal because after getting 25 years you are not permitted to appear in MBBS exam. for your reference i am posting the age related rules as follows:
Candidate should be completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or complete the age on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the 1st year MBBS/BDS Course and is an Indian National.
The upper age limit for All India Pre-Medical /Pre-Dental Entrance Examination is 25 years as on 31st December of the year of the entrance examination.
Candidate should have passed 12th with the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with 50% marks in PCB for general candidates and 40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates.

2) Software field
If you are opting for core jobs, you may go for :

-Embedded systems
-VLSI
-You can also opt for Mechanical branches such as Robotics and Humanoids and other mechanical applications.
For software jobs you can learn programming languages.
