1. SAP Business Partner is used by a growing number of business applications within SAP to map business partners.
2. SAP Enterprise Buyer applications is a vendor in SAP.
Every vendor is identified with the code in SAP. It is called Vendor master record.
Vendor master record contains details of
Address
Payment terms
Delivery terms
Lead time to supply
GL Account for reconciliation
Each vendor record will be created at company code and purchase organization level.

You may also:
1. Shortlist the companies where you wish to pursue internship.

In order to pursue MBA from AICTE approved institutes and recognized universities you need to have Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University.
Plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT,MAT,XAT,etc
As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education.
