There is no difference between these two degree courses BE and B-Tech. Both are engineering degrees and their scope and value are the same. You will never be rejected higher education or a job just because you are a BE and not a B-tech holder or vice versa. The only difference in the name is because in those colleges/universities that offer only engineering courses, the degree is known as B-tech and in those colleges/universities where other courses are also offered along with engineering, the title is given as BE. If you notice, there is no college/universities that provides both BE and B-Tech courses as both are the same. Same applies with ME and M-tech. Both are post graduate courses and a student with a B-tech degree is eligible to take up ME course or M-tech course and vice versa

Dev, There are many other careers for the creative/ artistic people. Interiors, textile as well as Web Design rely on the same skills - your layout skills and color sense. Journalism also is at this level and relies on your language skills and knowledge of history and current affairs. A little higher perches Graphic Design, Fashion Design, jewellery and Fine Arts which rely on one of your artistic skills - sketching and imagination. - At initial level a candidate can earn a pay scale ranging from Rs.10,000 to Rs.15,000 per month and after earning relevant experience in this field he/she can earn up to Rs.40,000.

Please remember before going for pursuing studies abroad you need to first decide does the course will be helpful for you i.e. does it provide good job opportunities in India or abroad.
Please remember the cost of education in universities abroad would be much more as compared to education in India, so you need to decide whether it is worth to invest such a big amount.

US is the best study destination to pursue masters degree but getting a US VISA is very difficult.
Getting a VISA for UK is not difficult, but the duration of masters degree in UK is one year only as compared to two year in US.
