Hi,
The best universities for the Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences in Canada are University of Toronto, University of British Columbia and University of Vancouver. The test you would have to take in order to get admission in these universities are the GRE and the IELTS. The fees depends from university to university but you should keep an estimate of 40,000 CAD per year for Tuition+Living expenses.
Note: the above mentioned fees is not 100 percent accurate. It may be more or can be less as well.

Nishant has rightly answered in quite a detail to you. I would only like to add that the exam is of multiple choice pattern. The alternative answers provides are quite close and it might seem to you that any one could be correct. So you need to be extremely specific. There is also some negative marking. So it is not that you must answer all the questions even if you are not sure of the correct answer. In the prelims the students are also chosen based on the subjects i.e. there are seats for different subjects. So the choice of your specilaized subject also has importance.
