Geographic information systems (GIS) or geospatial information systems is a set of tools that captures, stores, analyzes, manages, and presents data that are linked to location(s). In the simplest terms, GIS is the merging of cartography, statistical analysis, and database technology. GIS systems are used in cartography, remote sensing, land surveying, public utility management, natural resource management, photogrammetry, geography, urban planning, emergency management, navigation, aerial video, and localized search engines.
As GIS can be thought of as a system, it digitally creates and "manipulates" spatial areas that may be jurisdictional, purpose or application oriented for which a specific GIS is developed. Hence, a GIS developed for an application, jurisdiction, enterprise, or purpose may not be necessarily interoperable or compatible with a GIS that has been developed for some other application, jurisdiction, enterprise, or purpose.

Well both .Net and Oracle are into hard core IT discipline and should only be opted if you are keen to pursue a career in programming (.Net) or data base (Oracle) fields. As you are already pursuing a MBA degree, this holds least relevancy for the other courses which are core to the IT field.
However, there are many institutes in India which are offering the two courses - ASP.Net and Oracle certifications and both are different in their objective, approach, duration and fees and cannot be mentioned here, yet you may go through the following links to know about the various institutes offering these courses:

As far as your MBA is concerned all the specializations are open to you and it would largely depend on your interests and career aspirations that which specialisation you choose. Few of the popular once are: Human Resource, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Entrepreneurship etc. If you are inclined towards the interface of MBA and technology you can also go for IT or IS specialization but as it is a highly specialized field there are not many Institutes giving MBA in this field.
If you are looking to learn some language program then it would not be possible through MBA so, you may have to look at some Institutes providing short term Language courses. For more information please check the link below:

There are quite a few options available with you post completing your B.tech and gaining the respective work experience. You can look for courses like EDA (Electronic Design Automation), CAD, Circuit Design etc. Other than this you may also look for courses in Wireless technologies, Chip designing and many.
