Well both .Net and Oracle are into hard core IT discipline and should only be opted if you are keen to pursue a career in programming (.Net) or data base (Oracle) fields. As you are already pursuing a MBA degree, this holds least relevancy for the other courses which are core to the IT field.

As far as your MBA is concerned all the specializations are open to you and it would largely depend on your interests and career aspirations that which specialisation you choose.
