The carrer or the option of choosing the field for yourself, entirely depends on your interest and your parents' will.
anyways, if you are a science student, then you have the option of the engineering field, medicine, nursing, and various other fields that are related to the science and mathematics.

Hi, first of all great to know that you want to go for Civil Services. Keep it up.
Well you have not mentioned any exam in particular like IAS or IPS or SSC, yet the examination pattern is same for all as the conducting body is one. There would be two papers in prelims- Reasoning Aptitude and English Comprehension. Followed by the main exam that would entirely be subjective.
