To the best of my knowledge, you are still pursuing your MBBS and just plan to pursue a internship in India, in this case you will require to apply directly to the organizations for the same. In most of the Hospitals, you will require to qualify some tests and based on which the selections are done. However once you complete your MBBS, to practice in India later, you will require to qualify the Licensing exam conducted by the medical Council.
