Hi Radhika,
If you have any sort of doubt or facing any problem in applying to German universities, I would suggest you to get in touch with DAAD. DAAD is officially authorized to provide information about education in Germany. They have offices in major cities in India.
If possible go for a German language course as it will help you find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 90 full days.

In order to apply for universities in Germany, it would be advisable to visit the home page of the university you wish to apply and go through the entire application process and accordingly you can apply to the universities.
Most of the universities in Germany have centralized application process.
But if you still find it difficult to apply on your own, that it would be advisable to take experts guidance on the same.
Please make sure that you do not miss the application deadlines, the universities in Germany are very particular about the application deadlines.
