First of all, concentrate on your B.Tech. subjects like OOPS, TAC & OS till 5th semester. Secondly, instead of going for blind certifications on reputation basis will hardly develop your skills as software developer. You should rather go for any good coaching center for platform learning, like JAVA or DotNet. They have beginners course, then advance course followed by certification. You can do all these after 4th sem, in stages. Since platforms are front-end, you should also learn back-end that is database. Rapid prototyping is impacting medicine in several important ways. The use of rapid prototyping (RP) technologies in medical applications is relatively new and very innovative, so that designers, doctors, or others can generate a physical, tangible medical prototype to work with. RP developed models also help improve communication between the surgery team members as well as between surgeon and patient.
So far, medical rapid prototyping has been used for Medical Devices, Physical Anatomical Parts, Medical Models, etc. Perhaps the most obvious application is as means to design and develop medical devices and instrumentation.
