A) Demand-Supply. - Demand is very high for VFX right now, but it is more at the lower end rotoscopy area.
B) SkillSet Required - skillset required is lower for VFX, animation would be more challenging
C) Pay Scale - payscales are higher for animators in general

There are many options for MCA graduates for higher studies as well like PhD, MBA, MS, M. Tech or ME.
As for the job, many government institutions are promoting and encouraging young graduates to enter into the public sector. They are conducting test and interviews every year. The students can get these jobs only if they pass the test and interviews. The government is also recruiting MCA graduates for upcoming projects in public work department, oil and gas industries and information technology.
MCA is a very good course with very good opportunities in government and private sector companies in India and as well as foreign countries with high salary and reputation.

IT & Management is the best combo nowadays. Computer systems & Information Systems are more or less the same. The basis difference is that information systems include the study of various info systems that are used in organisations to store & retrieve data for decision making. These systems are MIS, DSS, EIS & Knowledge Management Systems. While in computer systems, you will study the fundamentals of computer systems. In MBA, if you take IT as your subject, the course content would include both the parts. And, yes that would definitely add more points to your resume. There are various universities that are offering this program through distance mode. One of my friends is pursuing MBA in IT from Mahatma Gandhi University (Meghalaya) through Online mode. Presently, he is working in HCL.
