Well, when it comes to law, NLUs are considered as the premier institutes and thus they are better in every way from other institutes.
NALSAR is one such top NLU and is better than Amity Mumbai.
NALSAR is an older NLU has seen decades and thus the placement is better and also the faculties.
Amity is a new institute and also a private one.
Moreover, in terms of infrastructure, Amity might be better as a new institute but on other criteria, it can't be matched when it comes to NALSAR.
You must prefer NALSAR any day.

Let's say, for example, I am interested in information technology law but I pursue consumer law after my law school. I would not be working with that zeal or enthusiasm as compared to IT law. However, Symbiosis had a better reputation in past while Amity University is equally competing with it.
If you get a choice between these two, I would suggest you choose Symbiosis because it is comparatively an older college and also there have been a number of batches who have graduated and thus placements would be better here.
Also, the visiting faculty members include Mr. Ramjethmalani thus the exposure is better there. The infrastructure is more or less similar, but Amity is a newly established institute and

Amity (IP) is one amongst the most preferred by students after NLUs, due to its proximity in terms of Delhi region and you get a lot of exposure. The infrastructure is good and you have a very well developing Moot Court Culture there, which is very much required for a budding lawyer.
