D.Ed, B.Ed and M.Ed are different courses, unless mentioned in Special Education", are considered regular courses done to teach the regular children in the mainstream schools. Symbiosis is one of the finest colleges in the country for arts. I'm myself in the campus (school of economics) which shares the same land with the arts college. So, my feedback is going to be only about my college. College life is awesome in Symbi. Hands down, one of the best places to spend your early adulthood. You will meet people from every state and many international students too (mainly Afghans, Israelis, Iranians, Bhutanese, Nepalese and Nigerians).

LSR offers an honors degree in psychology.
Whereas, Gargi College offers a degree in applied psychology.
However, when it comes to which college is better, Lady Shri Ram College for Women is any day better than Gargi. The faculty here is really experienced.
