For Master program in Germany you need to submit these documents transcript of records of bachelors degree or equivalent (officially authenticated copy), curriculum vitae, motivational letter, passport-size photo, health insurance, proof of german language proficiency etc.Also for international students TOEFL is required universities might ask you the GRE score as well so before applying kindly check this with the university.
In Germany Almost all higher education institutions are funded by Federal and State Legislation's. German and international students who study in Germany are not charged tuition fees. However, there are some private institutions of higher education and some state institutions offering courses for which fees are charged which is very nominal. As far as expenses are concern You will require around 650 euro approx INR 35,000-40,000 per month,This amount covers housing ,food ,clothing ,study material and other expenses such as health insurance and leisure activities.
You can look for Masters in IT from the following Universities:-University of Applied Sciences Esslingen,University of Siegen, RWTH Aachen University,University of Duisburg-Essen etc.

Hi, first of all you need to check whether course you are interested are offered to International students or not? As number of Health related courses in Canada are not offered to International students. If course is offered to Int. students than check eligibility at McGill and see what you are your chances as admissions are quite competitive and it seems with only 62%, it may be difficult to get admission also.
