Hi K.Biswas,
If you plan to pursue a MBA degree, better you opt for a proper and a recognized course. MBA is a 2 year course and is best if done through the regular mode, but there are institutes which boasts of short duration or fast track courses with a duration up to 1/2 year but then as per the education system, it is not the valid duration to attain a MBA degree.
There are institutes in India offering Executive MBA course but the same is meant for working professionals with adequate work experience which may differ from one institute to another.

You can do a general management program (MBA/PGPM) which will cover enough subjects for you to be proficient in what you want to do. MOst hospital management programs run the risk of becoming too niche so if you ever decide to do something else, you will hav eno options. I suggest doing a general manageemtn program with perhaps some short courses in hospital administration; these short courses can take the form of EDPs (executive development programs).
If you were to do a PGPM at IIFM, you can simultaneously also undergo the EDP for hospital administration
