You can apply for PHD in biotechnology in US. There are some great reputed universities offering this course which are some of the top universities in the world for various subjects and offer great placement scenarios. Some of the universities offering this course are:
1) University of Michigan--Ross
2) Michigan State University
3) University of California-Davis
4) University of Delaware
Note: I could not find any direct PHD courses in the field of biotechnology. The universities that i have listed majorly offer PHDin Plant pathology with designated emphasis on biotechnology. Please let me know your call on this course and the universiti
