Hi,
You should apply for a MAsters in Pharmacy as you have a background in the same field. You should apply to US and Canada as pharmacy is one of the highest paid sectors in these countries and you would really be benefited by the masters course if you pursue this course from any of these 2 countries.
The best universities for the Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences in Canada are University of Toronto, University of British Columbia and University of Vancouver. The test you would have to take in order to get admission in these universities are the GRE and the IELTS.

u see ur rank is quite better.it may be possible that u get admitted into kharagpur or even IIT madras easily.whats the percentile,coz evrything is decided on the basis of %ile.
there r only 13 seats avaiolable in each IIT for every dept (m.tech course)

Import Export course is very good in terms of International Exposure.There are various courses available such as certificate,Diploma & Degree Programees.If you really want to master in it then appear for IIFT entrance test. NMIMS,Mumbai is also a good option.

Eligibility
The candidate should have completed the Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 50 % aggregate marks in any stream from a recognized university.
