Hi Dr. Rahul,
I think Sports Management is a really good idea as this is one of the upcoming fields in India. However, finding this specialization in a good B-school would be a difficult task. As of now the only three institutes providing this programme are: Alagappa University, Indira Gandhi Institute of Physical Education and Sports Science, International Institute of Sports Management.
If you have a strong liking towards this programme you can opt for any one of the above mentioned Institute. The other option for you could be Masters in Physiotherapy or MBA with specialization like hospital administration.
