The admission process may differ from University to University; Few Universities clearly mention on their website that if you are doing a course from their University you should not be enrolled with any other program. You probably, can do it in case you are doing one program through correspondence and one through regular or both the programmes through correspondence. There are several institutes in India which do offer you courses in BCA and to know about these you may refer to the following link:

But then as you have already completed your degree in Economics, opting for a BCA would only fetch you another Bachelor degree and would invest another three years, also the course would hold no such relevance to your economics degree.
I would suggest you to give a thought if you are actually keen to change your field and want to pursue a career in IT stream.

The B-Schools which you may target with 650 scores are: Kohinoor Business School, Jagan Institute of Management, Som-Lalit Institute of Management, EMPI, IMS Ghaziabad, IILM Institute for Higher Education, Gurgaon. As your scores are not very high it seems difficult to get through Christ University, as its cut off goes around 700+.
