Hi,
First of all please clarify whether your degree is a 3 year degree or a 4 year degree. Incase your degree is a 3 year degree, you are not eligible to pursue further studies in US due to the reason that more than 95% of the universities in US have a 4 year degree requirement. Please let me know so that i can solve your queries.

Hi,
The best possible course for you would be a Masters in computer science as you have a background in the same field. Apart from that, you can apply in any other engineering related discipline like industrial engineering, electrical etc.
If you want to shift your career towards the management side, you can opt for a MBA or a Masters degree in management or management related discipline. Options are unlimited. It is you who has to make a choice.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
